Humanity

As you should be able to tell from the title, this is  a Horror-game. Only play if you're a grown-up and not oversensitive. It was made for:

• the "Outplay the Problem" Game Jam, which states: "The goal is to create a game about a current global issue that you think you could bring more awareness to in the form of a video game."

• the "Accountability Jam: December 2023", since we're all accountable for making this world either better or worse, hopefully the former instead of the latter

• the general purpose of bringing awareness to asepcts of humanity that need improvement

The "game" does have gaming elements, but for the most part works like a movie. The text will switch by itself after a certain amount of time, so no constant button pressing is required, you simply lean back and watch (with a few exceptions).

This is a great opportunity to reflect on the past, the present and the future. It's recommended and beneficial to go into this with an open mind and the willingness to reflect on ones' own personality and attitudes. Instead of blaming others, what could you do to improve yourself?

There are many things wrong with humanity, this game shows only a few of them. But improvement is possible. Let's work torwards it! 👍
